Key collection & parking instructions was very clear.

There was water supply disruption during my stay . The tap was dry for a good 6 hrs without warning or notification. The host shud be aware of this type of issue and notify guests. The host claimed they were not notified. However, after checking around with the residents , they said there was notice given. The unit was not well-kept , as my earlier stay. The wobbly lamp stand is still not changed and impose danger to guests. It fell on my son in our last stay and I already alerted the host that time. The curtains was not hung properly in the master bedroom, they were drooping. The host wanted to come and fix them after I reported , but was not convenient for me.

Each step was shown clearly, the CS is very responsive.

The digital lock took me a couple of minute to unlock the door, but no biggie.

The unit had deteriorated from the last time I stayed here in Dec 2024. In terms of cleanliness , not as clean as my previous stay. In terms of amenities in the unit, broken lamp stand was not replaced and post a hazard to guests. Lamp stand could not stand on its own and fell on my son as he was sitting on the sofa. Pillowcases fitted on the pillows were all torn and tattered in both bedrooms. Host really need to buck up and upkeep the unit.
