Tout l’équipement dans les moindres détails avec beaucoup d’attentions pour favoriser un très bon accueil L’emplacement par rapport à la gare et les magasins à proximité sont un vrai plus
Seul petit inconvénient la salle de bain qui dispose d’un maximum d’équipements dont un lave linge et bidet dans un espace un peu restreint

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in coppia e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. La pulizia è stata impeccabile, la cucina era attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la colazione offerta. La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda per raggiungere in qualche minuto la stazione di La Spezia Migliarina. Inoltre il proprietario Salvatore si è dimostrato disponibile e veloce nel rispondere ai nostri dubbi. Appartamento super consigliato!
L’unica piccola nota negativa è la dimensione del bagno e della doccia.

Struttura piccina ma pulita e dotata di ogni comfort per un week end! Posizione ottima per raggiungere bus e treno. L’host è disponibile e amichevole. Il parcheggio privato una vera chicca!
L’ambiente è un po’ umido, probabilmente perché il sole non riesce a scaldare la stanza. Il bagno è davvero angusto
