Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in coppia e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. La pulizia è stata impeccabile, la cucina era attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la colazione offerta. La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda per raggiungere in qualche minuto la stazione di La Spezia Migliarina. Inoltre il proprietario Salvatore si è dimostrato disponibile e veloce nel rispondere ai nostri dubbi. Appartamento super consigliato!
L’unica piccola nota negativa è la dimensione del bagno e della doccia.

Tutto perfetto. Casa piccola ma completa di tutto, dai prodotti per l’igiene, alla colazione. Molto pulita e curata. Completano il tutto l’ottima posizione vicino alla stazione, ai servizi ed il parcheggio privato. Siamo stati 3 giorni senza dover muovere mai l’auto. Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consigliato.
Il bagno è un po piccolo, ma comunque completo di tutto.

Struttura piccina ma pulita e dotata di ogni comfort per un week end! Posizione ottima per raggiungere bus e treno. L’host è disponibile e amichevole. Il parcheggio privato una vera chicca!
L’ambiente è un po’ umido, probabilmente perché il sole non riesce a scaldare la stanza. Il bagno è davvero angusto
