The furniture needs an upgrade. The bed in the second bedroom is very small. Very difficult to go back after 9o'clock.

Would stay again - good value in a quiet area
A good size apartment for two people in a quiet area, close to transport (bus 3 mins away and train 10 mins away that takes you to the Cinque Terre area) and some eateries, including a very good gelato place and pizzeria next door to that. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is a good size. Kitchen is somewhat modern and we had almost everything we needed. Within 10 mins walking you'll also find Esselunga (supermarket) and within 2 minutes there is a laundromat (6 euros for one load). The WiFi is stable as well, which was important to us as we were working from there. There was also a desk for a workplace. The staff was quick to respond to any inquiries.
Since we were staying for 10 days it would have been nice (not necessary though) to have a few more cutleries, some wine glasses, another and larger cutting board, and a big and small preparation knife (for cutting meats and vegetables). The sofa could also beneficially be changed out for a more comfortable and bigger one, as I cannot imagine three people fitting there, since we barely managed to sit together comfortably. The pillows are comfortable if you sleep on your back or front, but if you're a side sleeper then they are too flat, they do have extra pillows in a cupboard though, we did not test these.
