Spacious and well-appointed apartment

Spacious apartment that feels just like home. Very well-appointed, including little details such as including washing powder for the machine and olive oil in the kitchen. Tastefully furnished and good quality. Very close to the train station and large supermarket. The host is friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

What a hidden gem, we loved it! 😊

The apartment is spacious, comfortable in a quiet location but with easy access to bus, train and supermarket. The perfect place to come back to in order to relax after a busy day. It felt like we were staying with a relative.

The apartment is beautiful. The largest and most comfortable we have ever stayed in. But the BEST thing of all is the location. It is ideal if you want to explore the Cinque Terre and the ‘Golfo dei Poeti’. A 3 minute walk from La Spezia Migliarina train station with direct connections to La Spezia Centrale and the Cinque Terre. A 3 minute walk from a bus stop which takes you to the centre and the ferry port area. And a 2 minute walk to a very large supermarket. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need so you don’t need to eat in restaurants three times a day. There is even a washing machine! The hosts could not be more helpful. They gave us a lot of very useful information about the area before we arrived, answered all our questions promptly and even posted me an item I had left behind. Gold star service from A-Z. We will be back!

Way better than a hotel!

This was the best home stay (Airbnb-esq) we've ever had. The flat is WAY bigger than it looks and it was beyond clean. It had multiple balconies, excellent air conditioning and it was a few minutes to walk to the train (look for the shortcut on google maps) and the Super S grocery store. In addition there are little shops right down the steps that we also used. Nilde speaks wonderful English (we are sadly English speakers only) and she was right next door and ready to answer our questions.

If I could change one thing it would be an 11am check-out to give guests more time to clean-up and get out.

La Casa di Nilde was a perfect 10!

La Casa di Nilde was our favorite apartment stay while travelling in Italy. It had all of the comforts of home and it was a place that we'd want to come back to at the end of the day to wind down. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the balconies and the apartment was quiet and truly felt as comfortable as being at home. Riccardo went out of his way to give us quality recommendations on how to plan our time, where to eat, etc. I can not recommend this apartment stay highly enough.

Big spacious beautiful apartment, hosts parents were so warm and friendly , we really enjoyed our stay here and felt very comfortable , Esselunga supermarket literally steps away from apartment was so handy.

Wonderful place

Apartment was really big - 2 bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom with a bath and a shower. There was everything you need and more e.g. coffe machine, oven, toaster, washing machine... We spent a great time in this place. Everything was clean. The owner was really kind and helpful- he explained us how to use all the appliances, gave us a guide made by himself, told us where we can find a groceries and restaurants. Flat is in a great location - 3 minutes from train station. It was amazing time for us.

Fabulous apartment!

A fabulous and spacious apartment with everything to make your stay comfortable. A large living room, a modern bathroom and a well equipped kitchen, as well as two excellent bedrooms. Two delightful balconies with brilliant views over the mountains. I really recommend this apartment as a base for visiting the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici. There's also a beautifully clean Esselunga supermarket just round the corner and some good places to eat!!

Migliarina station is not the most convenient, as not all trains stop there, so you have to check timetables, though I was unlucky because a couple of incidents disrupted the trains.

Bardzo duże mieszkanie, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, blisko dworca kolejowego i dużego supermarketu,pod domem przystanek autobusowy, autobus nr 3 w 10 min zawozi cię do portu/centrum miasta . Piękny widok z balkonu, klimatyzacja,możliwość zostawienia bagażu

Czułam się trochę jak w muzeum,za dużo prywatnych rzeczy właścicieli w mieszkaniu,oraz bardzo było słychać sąsiadów z góry (bardzo zła akustyka sufitu)

Superbe appartement

Superbe appartement encore mieux que sur les photos, tout est à proximités du logement, la gare à 3mn à pied, un grand supermarché aussi au bout de la rue, la voiture est resté garé devant l'immeuble pendant 4 jours sans aucun problème, le logement est équipé de tout le nécessaire est même plus, l'hote est du gentillesse remarquable qui nous a envoyé tout les guides pour visiter les cinque terre ainsi que pour visiter la Spezia. Je recommande à 100% nous nous sommes sentie comme à la maison. Merci à Riccardo pour sa gentillesse et sa confiance.
