The stay in this place was wonderful, the contact with the landlord was perfect, Francesca is a very friendly and lovely person who explained everything to us, including the tour of the Cinque Terre, the cleanliness was top-notch, the apartment was super equipped with everything we needed, free parking is available right in front of the entrance, it's an perfect location for visiting the Cinque Terre, to sum up, we highly recommend it, only advantages!!😄😄

very good location , only 10 minutes walk to Migliarina train station( only one stop away from La Spezia centrale). also

everything in the appartment was very good: the size of all the rooms especially the kitchen. everything that you might have needed was there. The terrace was a real bonus. there is a supermarket just two steps away. Francesca was a real gem , so helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Perfect stay!! Best stay to explore Cinque Terre, at a very reasonable price. The apartment was walking distance from the train which is very convenient. The apartment was clean, organized and very spacious. It had everything you need for your stay and the terrace was gorgeous. The host were exceptional. Definitely would recommend this stay. 5/5 stay

Het was een heerlijk relaxed top verblijf op een fijne lokatie complimenten voor Francesca!

We werden gelijk hartelijk ontvangen door Francesca en zij deed alle moeite voor ons om alles uit te leggen. Zij is heel lief. We hadden ook een persoonlijk verzoek en daar werd gelijk aan gewerkt .De locatie was fantastisch , met een eigen parkeerplaats , alle foto's kloppen ook , het is wat je krijgt, hygiene prima en de bedden liggen heerlijk, Super ingericht en De supermarkt is om de hoek en je kan dan gelijk nog wat boodschappen doen en eventueel koken, Het is heel compleet er is aan alles gedacht, We willen daar ook weer een keer terugkomen later. We voelden ons ook thuis in de italiaanse wijk, aardige mensen in de winkels ook. Het komt waarschijnlijk omdat het net buiten het centrum ligt.

Merveilleux

Nous avons séjourné à la Casa di Ele en septembre 2024. Bel appartement, bien équipé et chaleureux avec une belle terrasse situé à la proximité de la gare pour accès au cinque terre. Francesca est une super hôte. Elle donne de l’information et des références. Il y a une petite épice à proximité. Un bon restaurant de pizza ou on peu goûter à la typique farinata . Bien accueilli. Facilement accessible pour répondre.

Sehr schönes Apartment, mit sehr großer, schöner Terrasse. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr sauber . Ausgesprochen freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Man fühlte sich von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben.
