A very convenient and comfortable place when planning a trip to Cinque Terre!

We absolutely loved our stay in La Spezia! Aldo - the host was just wonderful and very communicative straight from the point of making a booking! He waited for us in front of the house to show us the parking space and the apartment. He explained everything and introduced us to the apartment and the area alike. He recommended the attractions and the spots to visit. He checked via messages if we needed anything and how we were doing. The place is located about 15 minutes by car from the train station. We left the car in the underground parking lot at the train station to begin our trip to Cinque Terre - absolutely breathtaking place, visit of which is an absolute must once in the area! All the information including trekking, hiking routes and tickets options, train timetable and much more is available at the apartment. Massive thanks!

Nice and clean place

The apartment is spacious, airy and comfortable, very clean. It has everything you need for housing. It is on a hill, so the view is nice. There is a parking lot behind the house. The bus that takes you to the central train station stops in front of the house. There is a great bakery nearby where you can have coffee and breakfast. Aldo is a great host, very helpful.

The flat is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator. No air conditioner. No restaurants nearby. The flat is noisy. Central train station - trip to Cinque Terre - 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus, 1 hour on foot.

Owner was very helpful, I don’t usually give comments or ratings but I had such a lovely stay that I wanted to give rating this time. Everything was clean, there were shampoo etc, breakfast supplies, everything was taken care very well.

Aldo was very friendly, took me around for 10 minutes in his car and showed me all important locations (central station, charging points for my electric car, ...)

I recommend this place.

Amazing location. The host was super friendly. The place was clean and the coffee maker was exceptional. A few bottle of chilled bear were in the fridge too (free of charge).

The bed-sheets were worn a bit and it was hard to sleep on them. Also, the breakfast were just 2-3 types of biscuits. It is stated that they can speak English which is the case, but I received messages from the host which shows they need to improve the language as it can be interpreted offensive.

Loved this place

Aldo was so kind and helpful. Lovely clean apartment, loved being able to cook and wash our clothes. Short walk to bus to port or town. Having real milk was a thoughtful bonus, thank you Aldo.

Une petite halte chez Aldo et son épouse à La Spezia

Super accueil d'Aldo et de son épouse. Appartement confortable et très propre. Salle de bain avec douche ( shampooing et gel douche fournis ) Parking privé Tout était prêt pour un bon petit déjeuner.

Le seul petit bémol, ce sont les 2 étages à grimper. Un micro-ondes serait le bienvenu.

Posto abbastanza decentrato dal centro città, tranquillo e comunque funzionale perché a pochi minuti dalla stazione. Titolari squisiti e molto cortesi, fatto di tutto per metterti a proprio agio. Un plauso alla Signora Gabriella gentilissima e premurosa. Esperienza da ripetere.

La posizione è leggermente fuori la spezia. Colazione da rivedere.

Nette Wohnung mit viel Platz

Ein sehr guter Empfang von den Eigentümern. Kommunikation auch über WhatsApp möglich. Sehr freundlich und entspannt. Die Wohnung ist groß genug und bieten ausreichend Platz. Alles sauber, nicht weit von der Innenstadt. Viele Prospekte und Informationen bekommt man von den Eigentümern.

Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist etwas eng und beim Ausfahren gibt es keinen Spiegel auf der Straße. Man sieht den Verkehr nicht ausreichend. Die Straße ist etwas laut. Frühstück besteht nur aus Süßigkeiten aus dem Supermarkt.
