Great location and beautiful house

Very spacious property. Extremely clean and well presented. Great location near the beach and local shops. Host was lovely and helpful via email during our stay

Comfortable & handy for the beach

High standard of cleanliness, spacious living room, bathroom & kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe/drawer space, quiet side street location in easy walking distance of Whitley Bay & Tynemouth, seafront, metro & local shops.

Lingering odour of damp in some areas, no soundproofing between main bedroom & neighbouring property, outside yard a bit scruffy, second bedroom very small, odd mix of furniture & the leather sofas weren't comfortable, some broken floorboards under laminate flooring which could be a trip hazard, confusing wi-fi access - four routers but only one would connect to the internet.

Easter weekend stay

Surprisingly big ! Comfortable and near to facilities. Clean, with excellent kitchen, bathroom and all mod cons.. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will certainly be back ! 😀 ten out of ten!

Central location, easy to walk to the front, to the shops, to the pub(s) and some nice restaurants-we ate at the Fish an

Self contained-2 bedrooms but a little corridor in between, nice big kitchen with a dining area/works well-outside looks a tad disappointing but once inside all is well.

Back yard needs freshening up and the parking is quite interesting-bust residential street but always managed to get parked somewhere

Not a big thing but the glass topped living room table although pretty, isn't family friendly- all of us banged our leg against the edge at some point when crossing the living room 😬

We loved the beach house for its friendly, cosy vibe and excellent position close to the beach and fab shops!

We loved the location and the spacious living room and kitchen areas as we were there over Christmas and had lots of time cooking and having fun together so this was ideal.

Ideally I’d have loved an en-suite bathroom as the shared facilities caused queues at times, but this is a very small point and in no way a detractor from a great place to stay.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants und der Strand in fußläufiger Nähe. Der Bäcker "The Sustenance Society" schräg gegenüber war super und hatte extrem leckeres Brot und Süßereien (Tipp hatten wir vom Vermieter). Auch der Pub "The Rockcliffe Arms" war sehr ursprünglich und nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Stühle in der Küche waren leider sehr unbequem.
