Very spacious and welcoming!! Lovely and clean
2nd room can feel the springs in the mattress. Not the owners fault - Can hear every footstep from residents living above! Parking is hard work.

The location was great to explore Whitley Bay, close to shops and the beach. The property was really comfortable and clean and well stocked.
We couldn’t get the TV to work. We did contact the owners and they did respond but we were no clearer and so spent our day without being able to watch tv. I would suggest there are clearer instructions on how to use the television.
