Lovely little flat on the sea front - great location in Whitley Bay, very comfortable beds and sofa and spacious flat! Host went out of his way to bring us a hair dryer when we realised there was none in the property as listed so really appreciated the reaction time to this and bought one to me within a few hours
It’s not very well insulated (if at all) there were kids running in the flat upstairs and you could hear everything (unsure if this is also rented out or someone lives there if it’s a problem at all times or not)

Chris the owner was finishing up cleaning etc when we arrived, he is a very nice and friendly man. Parking was at the front of the apartment with a complementary permit. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Perfect location well appointed apartment. We'll definitely try here when we return to visit family.
No hair dryer was a minor inconvenience, I should have checked the listing before we set off.

fab location, beds were comfy and plenty of space
secuirty deposit asked on arrival(150), even no communication to say it was required or confirmations of how to get keys. though once i got hold of contact person they were helpful. not really the start we wanted but overall atay was fab

The gentleman on the phone was a big help with finding a new apartment to stay at
We arrived at the property to not have a code for the key to get in after ringing we found out that we couldn’t stay in the location we booked and got moved to a different location
