I liked the location in a quiet neighborhood not far from the old town. It's near a food store and opposite a cafe and it's clean.

It was quite clean and modern

It was quite far approx 15 minutes walk from the centre. Not enough warm sheets or blankets. It was cold at night and the heater was not working and the owner had to come there at night to fix it. The owner was quite greedy and charged me an extra 5 euros to allow me access the property at 12 oclock ( 3 hours before check in time)to keep my bag on the property.

Clean and neat. It covers everything I need include washing machine, Air conditioning etc. the kitchen is shared but during my stay, basically I was the only person using it. The shared bathroom is clean.

I didn't find place to hang or dry my laundry..would nice if the apartment had equipped with a drying rakc in the balcony :(

I like this way of doing the check in. House was clean, very close to the city centre only 20min walking

In response to the host's comments: All of the host's replies are lies. We didn't yell, we just knocked loudly on the door. We didn't write down the code until the day after we checked in, because we checked in at night. The next night, we returned to find that all the WhatsApp messages had disappeared. We only stayed three nights. How could that possibly "forgot the password to get inside after three days of using it"? What a foolish lie! Also, we didn't leave makeup or blood all over the sheets and bedspread, because we don't wear makeup. So, the host's response was a lie, and it was incredibly outrageous. We didn't complain a week before check-in, because the host only contacted us the day before and said they wouldn't give us the password until 3 PM on check-in day. So how could we have complained a week before?? If all the neighbors wanted to call the police, why didn't the host answer the phone that day?? A downstairs neighbor even came out to help us contact the host, who was busy "working" at a concert! In short, the host's response was a lie, completely slanderous. Don't believe it. If you don't believe me, just book this hotel. We have legal education, and everything we write is based on facts. We don't lie or slander like this host.

We strongly advise against booking this accommodation. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly suspect that any reviews above 3 are fabricated by the host. 1. Everything was handled via WhatsApp, and the ridiculous thing is that all messages disappear after 24 hours. Be sure to write down and keep all passwords, or you'll end up in a tragedy like we did. That night, I called the host over a dozen times, but there was no response. A neighbor came to help, but through a friend, they said he was at a concert and couldn't return the call. The host later wrote that he was at work at the time. So, what happened in our room wasn't part of his "job"?? 2. The check-in process was complicated and annoying. With three doors 3. The door to the "Standard Double Room with Shared Bathroom" was difficult to lock. The window facing the street couldn't be locked, and every time the door opened and closed, it made a noise. 4. The room's soundproofing was poor. The induction cooktop and microwave were both difficult to operate, and there was no kettle...nearly all the appliances were difficult to use. The host doesn't maintain the apartment at all. 5. The shower head in the bathroom can't be fixed. Three rooms share one bathroom, and the toilet isn't ventilated. Every time after shower, the whole bathroom is incredibly stuffy. 6. The charging is incredibly slow. I don't know why it doesn't fully charge after a night's charge. I've never experienced this at other hotel/apartments. What's even more surprising is that there are only two charging sockets, and they aren't even by the bed. 7. The room is right next to the street, and there's the sound of cars every morning and evening. 8. It's a 20-minute walk to the city center, and the area is quite north of it. The landlord's previous message about a 5-minute walk to the city center was deceptive.

Great communication with the staff and good value for the money

The location is uphill from the downtown so in the hot summer days is a bit of a problem

The location was 25 minutes walk from the beach. Walkable but not close, especially in the heat.

The hotel was an apartment converted to fit in as many people as possible. Our room clearly used to be a lounge/living room. The door was glass with some paper stuck to it but that didn't block out the light from the hallway and we had another guest open our door in the morning clearly thinking it was a room they were able to use. The shower ran cold and the curtain could not be pulled all the way as the railing had clearly been broken and improperly been put back on the wall. There were also 3 different locks/keys needed to get into your room. It clearly felt like someone's converted house, and fell below my expectations of booking.com.
