About this apartment rental
Our Rabensteiner guesthouse is located right at the entrance to Scharnitz. Guests arriving by car can use the free guest parking lot in front of the house. The train station and bus stop are about a 10-minute walk away.
For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, the trailhead is right in front of our house.
By bike, you can reach the gateway to the Karwendel in about 3 minutes and enjoy the landscape with all its breathtaking sights.
For freestyle athletes, the Bangerpark is not far away (5-minute walk). From our house, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the daring jumps.
Additionally, for horse lovers, there’s a riding school just a 2-minute walk away.
Apartment:
Our house, Rabensteiner, is located right at the entrance to Scharnitz. The approximately 50 m² vacation apartment, featuring a tiled stove, accommodates 1–4 people. Our apartment includes a spacious bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a kitchen, and a large living/sleeping area with a cozy dining nook. A smart TV, kitchen appliances, a hair dryer, towels, and bed linens are provided free of charge.
A cross-country ski trail is located right in front of the house.

On-site fees: Pets: Dogs up to 12 kg – 10 euros per night; dogs over 12 kg – 15 euros per night
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 11:00 AM.
