Spacious, tastefully decorated place in a great location

Spacious, minimalist, nicely decorated without unnecessary clutter - We loved the climbing-themed decor - Large living room with a big sturdy table, great for group meals and board games - Big terrace - The door code = zero hassle with key handover, great for a larger group, people arriving at different times etc. - Comfy beds and mattresses (except the beds were super squeaky at first, but we solved it - see below) - Great location very close to the train station, and there's a small supermarket literally around the corner - Plenty of gorgeous hiking and climbing routes in the area - Free parking right outside the building

I understand the whole sustainability thing, however: - The fridge is super tiny. We were a group of seven, and even though we didn't have that many groceries to keep cool, there was no way of fitting them in - Kitchen hood and a microwave would be nice - We didn't care, but for some guests, lack of storage space may be an issue, like closets, shelves etc. - The toilet paper supplies could be more generous - we only got about 2.5 rolls for a group of 7 people for 4 nights - Pro tip: if your bed squeaks like crazy, lift the mattress and shift the slat frame all the way to the outer edge of the bed frame - works like a charm, now you can sleep in peace, you're welcome 😂

nice, quite neighbor, a place to hide away.

The three bedroom apartment was spacious and new, Bashar was a great help ( big thanks to his kindness and quick responses).

The apartment needs ventilation ( not bad smell or something, no) but a fan would be nice since opening the windows is not a good option all the time. the location is good if you have a car but don’t expect anything nearby ( just a small grocery store )

Terrible soundproofing

The apartment was new and clean.

The place looks nice in the pictures, but the design is not really practical in use. There are no wardrobes, the light in the bathrooms is poor. The kitchen could be better equipped - there were only two cooking pots but around 20 wine glasses. One of the bedrooms was very warm (our stay was in April) and the heat was coming from the floor. The owner told us to turn off the heating but the heating was already off. The most annoying thing was the terrible soundproofing. In one of the bedrooms you can hear everything from the neighbours' bathroom, from people taking shower to cleaning the toilet. One of the neighbouring group (two floors above!) was very loud until the late night and it ruined our stay. The host was not willing to compensate us.

Great place to stay for the hikes

The location is magical, the building is new and well designed. The owners were responsive and patient with us, as we needed to stay longer and left the room quite dirty because of the injury. Also, the first floor has a nice grass patch which is great if you have the dogs :) Top floor apartment has a stunning view, is very spacious and comfy.

The small rooms on the ground floor are quite dark and have poor ventilation from the bathroom, no shelves to store things

Esperienza da non ripetere.

Giudizio decisamente negativo. All'arrivo la porta non era stata programmata con il codice che ci hanno mandato, abbiamo dovuto telefonare, la prima chiamata senza risposta. Pulizia discutibile, arredi al di sotto dell'essenziale (neppure un armadio), dotazione della cucina insufficiente, niente istruzioni sull'uso dell'unico fornello a induzione, sedile e scopino del bagno rotti, divano letto senza biancheria, in generale livello dell'alloggio molto modesto. In ultimo, ciliegina sulla torta, prezzo esorbitante in rapporto al servizio e all'alloggio offerti. E per finire: ci è stata fatta pagare la tassa di soggiorno anche per nostro figlio, che a 12 anni ne era esente. Mai mai più.

Hier lässt es sich aushalten 👍🏻

Unterkunft liegt zwar nicht unweit der Durchgangsstraße , jedoch kein Straßenlärm und schöner Blick seitlich und nach hinten raus ins Grüne und in Richtung Berglandschaft. In 3 Minuten ist man in einem kleinen Supermarkt wo man sich mit dem Nötigsten ausstatten kann. Der Bahnhof ist auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und mit der Bahn ist man ohne Umstieg in 15 Minuten in Seefeld und knapp 55 Minuten in Innsbruck. Zwischen Seefeld und Scharnitz fährt man gratis mit der Touristen Karte. Unsere Appartements Nr. 5 und 6 sind sehr schön, geräumig und mit allem, was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht, ausgestattet. Auf Mülltrennung wird wert gelegt und einen Trockenraum für Skiausrüstung ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Regelmäßiger und netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau, ein wenig mehr Geschirr könnte zukünftig für die Mieter bereit gestellt werden. Auch ist die Garderobe eine Herausforderung, um im Winter alle Jacken etc. unterzubringen. Schränke oder Regale für Kleidung gibt es nicht. Man lebt quasi ausm Koffer. Darüber sollte die Vermietung nochmal nachdenken, ob nicht irgendwo in einem Eck in den Schlafräumen zumindest ein schmales Hochregal gestellt werden könnte. Genau auch so im Badezimmer, keine Ablage. Und die Schließanlage im App. 6 hat nicht so gefluppt. Wir brauchten täglich mehrere Anläufe, um die Tür mit dem Code zu öffnen. Vielleicht schaut da mal ein Techniker drauf 💪🏻.

Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Keinen Pfannenwender, Schere, Salatschüssel. Im allgemeinen auch Töpfe und Pfannen für eine Unterkunft für 8 Personen viel zu klein.

Grote ruimtes, prima douches, goed geïsoleerd

Geen afzuigkap en het huis stonk daardoor naar eten. 1 koekenpan, 1 pan zonder deksel en een steelpan voor 6 persoonshuis is ontoereikend. Geen mokken, geen spatels en geen schaar aanwezig. Ook waren er geen kasten. Vonden we een gemis.

Traurig aber wahr

Aufteilung der Räume waren soweit in Ordnung. Kommunikation war einfach. Schnelle Anbindung an die Bundesstraße . Zentrale Lage, schnell nach Innsbruck ca 30 km, Garmisch etwa 20 km

Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten in der ganzen Wohnung, kein Staubsauger oder zumindest einen Besen. Wir haben die kaputte Klobürste, halber Stiel reklamiert,passiert ist nichts. Es wurde eine kostenpflichtige Zwischenreinigung angeboten!!Und das obwohl mehrfach diese Problematik von ehemaligen Gästen in den Bewertungen angesprochen wurde und die Inhaber dies ändern wollten, ist bis dahin nichts passiert. Das ist sehr enttäuschend. Weiter war zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden, 2 Tassen für eventuelle 3 Personen. Auch die 10€ am Tag für ein Haustier ist sehr teuer, vorallem war dieser Preis nirgends ersichtlich. Allem in allem entsteht der Eindruck das es den Inhabern egal ist und man nimmt die Kritik hin. Es kommen ja immer wieder neue Gäste. Wir verzichten auf eine Antwort, die ja doch nur leere Versprechungen zu sein scheinen.

Smaakvol ingericht appartement wat nog wat aandacht nodig heeft.

Het appartement was smaakvol ingericht en straalde een prettige sfeer uit. Toch zijn er enkele aandachtspunten die het verblijf minder comfortabel maakten dan gehoopt. Bij aankomst viel op dat sommige zaken uit de inventarislijst niet goed verzorgd waren. Zo werd er aangegeven dat er een wasmachine en droger beschikbaar zijn voor gasten. Deze staan echter in de kelder, maar het pad daarheen is volledig overgroeid. De apparatuur zelf staat onder een dikke laag stof en spinnenwebben — dat nodigt niet uit tot gebruik. Ook misten we enkele beloofde basisvoorzieningen, zoals douchegel en handzeep, die niet waren aangevuld. Daarnaast troffen we de vaat van de vorige gasten nog aan, die we moesten wij nog opruimen. Het keukengerei was beperkt aanwezig, waardoor koken een uitdaging werd. De bedden zijn helaas hard en niet comfortabel. Een belangrijk aandachtspunt is dat het appartement zich op de tweede verdieping bevindt, zonder lift. Dit stond niet vermeld in de advertentie, maar is wel essentieel voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Kortom: het verblijf heeft potentie en is qua inrichting charmant, maar met wat extra zorg en duidelijke communicatie zou de ervaring aanzienlijk verbeterd kunnen worden.

Bardzo słaba obsługa i wyposażenie apartamentu nr 2.3, dobre na jedną noc nie na dłuższy pobyt.

Umiejscowienie

Brak kontaktu z personelem, nie odbierał telefonu mimo wielokrotnych prób połączenia. Oparcie kanapy było złamane i przystawione pufem aby nie było widać. Nie działa płyta grzewcza do gotowania. Nie było papieru toaletowego (mimo próśb o dostarczenie nie został doniesiony), ręczniki były tylko takie do wycierania rąk. W łazience nie było żadnej półki ani szafki do położenia swoich rzeczy, trzeba było kłaść na podłodze, w pokojach nie było żadnych szaf ani półek na wypakowanie rzeczy, tak samo w przedpokoju nie było wieszaka na odzież wierzchnią. Drugiej doby pobytu personel wstawił nam do pokoju łóżeczko dziecięce, chociaż nie byliśmy z małym dzieckiem i nie prosiliśmy o takie łóżeczko. Taras brzydki, zaniedbany, podłoga z drewnianych desek całych w żywicy, nie można było siedzieć bez ubrudzenia sobie butów. Bardzo niepraktyczny apartament. Sztuczne oświetlenie, bardzo niepraktyczne i męczące.

Kein Sichtschutz in den Badezimmerfenstern, keine Ablagemöglichkeit in den Bädern, nur ein 2-Sitzer Sofa für 5 Personen im Wohnzimmer, Nachttischlampe ohne Steckdose (warum????), zu wenig Mülltonnen, Kühlschrank zu klein für 5 Personen, keine Kaffeemaschine

Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung

Schöne, stylische Ferienwohnung. Es gab alles, was man für einen Wochenendtrip benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Ortseingang von Scharnitz war super, nebenan ist direkt ein Supermarkt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung hat auch wunderbar geklappt und bei kleineren Problemen wurde uns sofort weiter geholfen.

Sehr saubere und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Sehr hippe Einrichtung. Tolle Badezimmer. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller kostenfrei nutzbar! 😍

Die Ferienwohnung (Top 6) war zwei geteilt und hätte letztlich auch mir 2x2 Personen besetzt werden können. Also Familie zu dritt war die Aufteilung gewöhnungsbedürftig.
