Great place to stay with a few minor caviats

Excellent view, clean, good deal. Very quiet environment, did not hear our neighbors once so we got some excellent sleep. Has a very pretty view, balcony and a good kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has everything you need, cupboards, dishwasher, couch, etc. Outside of the apartments is a good field to sit and play pingpong.

* The WiFi in our room was very poor, in the hallway outside our room it was great. * During our stay the host was not available much, and the lady who was there instead did not speak German or English. * There were not enough dishwasher tablets available, so we had to handwash once * The city tax is not included in the booking.com price (though it is noted on the booking.com page that you will have to pay it), and paying it by card terminal cost €2.50 extra transaction costs. It would be easier for both sides if this was just included in the total price.

It was a lovely apartment for a big family. The host is so friendly and accommodating. The little touches made a huge difference to our stay. We loved the location, close to the slopes and the location was so quiet.

good location, about 10km to the ski field in Seefeld. The hostess is nice, and the room is large for a family.

the only thing that could be mentioned is that the washroom is small, which is not so convenient.

Very comfortable and welcoming family flat for sports in the Karwendel

Great location for walks, cross-country skiing and cycling in the Karwendel. Flat impeccably clean, very well equipped and very comfortable for three people (two adults, one child). Very friendly welcome making you feel at home.

Quite place for rest. Administrator is nice and comunicative, may advice how and where to spend time, rent skis. Administrator thought about my youngest kid - made extra bed nearby parents bed.

Comfortable appartment ve

The appartments had more than what we expected. The host was super friendly and everything worked out great. The town does not offer too much but we spent some time with friends together, went paintball and had some fun. Thanks

Exceptional

A wonderfully stress free holiday for our family of four children under 7yrs old. A bonus was the rear garden area for play that was safe and easily observed from the apartment. Extra enjoyment was also taken from the mountain views and the watery sounds of a small stream. Inside the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped for self catering. The full sized refrigerator and luxury shower head made our visit even more functional and special. Elena and Michael are real gems as hosts and were attentive to our every need. A sure recommendation for active families with a need to self cater.

Nie wieder!!

Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt Die Lage war sehr gut

Sehr teuer, sehr alte und stinkige Handtücher und Badetücher, Wasser in die Dusche ist immer daneben gelaufen, und den Vorhang sehr alt und hat ein sehr komische Geruch. Im Bad war es sehr kalt - gab kein Heizung . Es gab in der Wohnung auch keine Kaffeemaschine nur im Untergeschoss. Mann musste zwei Stockwerke runterlaufen um sich Kaffee zu holen. Im ganze Wohnung war kalt.

Frabærir gestgjafar og mjög hjálpsamir. Þau voru með góðar ráðleggingar um veitingastaði og mótorhjólaleiðir í Ölpunum.

L'alloggio era molto ben tenuto, alcune parti recentemente ristrutturate. Il prezzo super competitivo. Tutto pulito e in ottimo stato

La posizione era un po' scomoda viaggiando in bici. Raggiungere il posto è stato un po' complesso avendo da fare diverse salite con scalini. Il proprietario è risultato irraggiungibile telefonicamente e all'inizio sono stata in po' in difficoltà perché nonostante il video inviato dal proprietario non riuscivo a trovare la strada e io e la mia compagna di viaggio abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto a 3 persone del posto.
