The location was central, close to everything.
The host was amazing.
This apartment has no lifts . The cleaner was leaving as we arrived and she took all suitcases upstairs for us.
The owner even ordered a taxi for us as.
I would not hesitate in recommending Casa Venus.
Thank you for making our stay in La Spezia a great experience.

Was clean comfy bed
Wi-Fi good
Never saw any cleaners which was okay as we kept it quite clean ourselves
Several lamps not working
Freezer full of ice
No washing or drying clothes for dishes
No mop
Light outside door didn’t work my partner had to go down front door to put light on before I could go down as I use a crutch
Lift not working
No tv programmes had to just look at you tube
A couple of window inside doors didn’t lock
