The property was spacious, clean, and in a good,location. The kitchen had adequate tools for small meal preparation. Most of the appliances included clear instructions for usage. The heating and air conditIoning units worked well.
No towel changes or bedsheet changes included in my 2 week stay. Other places include at least one cleaning and change in towels and linens for every week of stay.

Location was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a few blocks from a couple restaurants. It was convenient. The property was a good size for a family of 4 people.
In the master bedroom all the closets had locks you were not able to hang clothes. There is another room with access to a closet, we did work it out. Would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the house somewhere. You have to work thru management company which can be a little difficult to communicate.

Very roomy and had everything we needed. Washing machine/Dryer was very useful.
The location was basically not near enough from anything. Underground station was quite a walk, and JR Kyoto Station was fairly close, but not close enough to walk with our cases. Taxi drivers seem to struggle to find the place.
