Great location for Birmingham shops and bars. Excellent for Utilitia Arena. Clean and perfect for us . Home from home with our son.
It’s very basis but that’s not a problem. It’s clean, comfy and as it states. Great for contractors and practical stays.

I liked the location ,the house was clean and exactly the same as the pictures provided.
Easy access to house , clear instructions provided and easy communication with the host .
The parking is at the front of the house (driveway), very easy parking.
The garden needed cleaning up ,the hoover provided needed to be upgraded as it wasn’t working properly, and there should be a big mirror in both the rooms as it was difficult using the very small mirrors provided.

The location was excellent. It felt like a spacious apartment. Within walking distance to Five Ways station and also in a quiet residential area. The bedrooms were attractive and the beds were comfortable.
The look of the bathroom could have been improved, eg the tile grouting and window blind.
Lack of cutlery in the kitchen - only one teaspoon! And no dish-washing cloth or bowl.
