Clean and accessible, expensive though and the bathroom was a big disappointment.

It was clean and accessible and had all the basics

The shower was unusable - went from ice cold to scalding hot with a fraction of movement. There was no lock on the bathroom door either - the door didn’t even shut properly. I contacted the property management afterwards to let them know so they could rectify these for the next visitor and they didn’t even acknowledge my message. The place had the feel of being styled for a photoshoot but not actually for living in.

Convenient for Worcester town.

Shower was very low on pressure. Grubby in places, wall paper peeling off, seal around bath/shower mouldy and falling off. Picture frames with no pictures in!

Our stay...

Very large, beds were very comfortable. It did the job for one night for my 6 year old son & elderly mum & dad. Perfect location near the family we were visiting.

Would have been nice if there were pictures in all the empty frames around the house. The main toilet seat was loose and my elderly dad nearly slipped off it. There were water stains on some of the ceilings but it didn't affect our stay at all. Would stay there again

Short taxi ride from wonderful City centre.

Kitchen ceiling was stained from previous leak from bathroom,Panic as no one had informed us of it. No access to conservatory.Garden area poor. Cleaning??? On removal of cushions on sofa,Full of choc.. Could.nt get washing machine to work..No instructions.,

Pictures Are Misleading

Plenty of parking, warm. Living room was nice. Bedrooms fine.

Not a luxury premises by any means. 😞 C clothes rail in the bedroom, thin towels, only 1 each. Kitchen was grubby, mould in some cupboards. Had to wash everything before I used it. Oven was greasy, pan covered in oil. (In fairness when I complained they gave us 2 hrs late checkout). Drawers hanging off, no tea towel to dry up n no plug in the sink so hard to wash up. Also very, very basic utensils. Living room was nice, TV is on its way out, all greyish in colour on one side. Bathroom, basic shower, only one out of about 8 overhead lights working. Weirdly photoframes on wall (done still in plastic) were just frames with no pictures!!! It was clean enough (bar the kitchen). Garden very overgrown, shed door hanging off. Basically this is in no way a luxury place it's a basic house and given the highly inflated shirt term rental market in the area is a bit on the high side, but ok. My Nan would have described it as all fur coat n no knickers. It looked fine at a glance, but when you look it's shabby, badly decorated and isn't the cleanest
