Location was very good
It was extremely hot in the rooms. Not the owners fault. It was a heat wave. Fans were provided but a house of that age / construction is hard to hear and cool

There was plenty of room for everyone who was staying which was a total of 7 guests in the party. Nice and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The location was fantastic and we were able to walk from the town centre within about 5 minutes. We stayed for a weekend, it has all the amenities we needed. Found the kitchen to be well stocked and each room had its own tea making facilities which was a really lovely touch. Everything was clean and well maintained and I had no complaints from any of the other guests
There was a smell of sewers in the main hall way. The stairs down to the kitchen and living areas are very steep and the ceiling in this area is quite low.

Great spacious accommodations suitable for a large group with separate facilities. WiFi through the whole house. Good hot water.
House was fine but is linked in its structure to The Marss Bar, a live music venue what events on through the duration of the of the stay up to and beyond midnight. Some of the windows wouldn’t close securely, two blinds fell off because of missing pins and the air-fryer didn’t work. But these didn’t affect the stay.
