Unsafe, Unhygienic, and Unfit for Stay – Had to Leave Within an Hour
Nothing, unfortunately. I had to leave the apartment within an hour of arrival due to its unacceptable condition. We had to checkout within a hour due to foul smell and poor condition of apartment.
The entrance lock was nearly broken, posing a serious security risk. The toilet was blocked on first use, and there was a strong, foul odor throughout the apartment. It was clearly not maintained properly and was unfit for stay. I had to make alternate arrangements at my own cost. Extremely disappointing experience.

Enough for the money we paid although can improve a few details
The mattresses were comfortable, it has appliances to use the kitchen, coffee machine. Quick response and easy access.
There were tiny cockroaches, pictures do not reflect the current state of the place. It needs a bit of ventilation.

Todo muy bonito y una limpieza impecable te sientes cómodo a gusto yo lo recomiendo mucho por qué todo está en orden y super limpio tiene tres camas super grandes y cómodos y dos baños y todo con muy buena higiene toallas para tu gusto todo super impecable vale la pena pagar tu estancia aquí cada vez que venga a paris lo voy a coger si está disponible

La ubicación del apartamento está bien comunicado para poder moverte con la ciudad mediante el uso de transporte público o taxi.
El apartamento es demasiado pequeño para 8 personas pese a lo que indique el anuncio. No hay espacio para dejar las maletas. No hay espacio para comer 8 personas aunque haya niños. Tiene muy mala ventilación y la limpieza deja bastante que desear.

Tiene cocina, lavadora, agua caliente, calefacción, camas cómodas.
Hay una plaga horrible de cucarachas o chinches y da mucho asco estar ahí. Una de las puertas del baño no cierra bien y el agua sale y se inunda el baño :(

Tani apartament z dobrą komunikacją miejską z małymi wadami
Przystanek, z którego odjeżdża autobus (numer 27) w stronę centrum jest obok apartamentu. Metro również jest blisko apartamentu. Kiedy potrzebowaliśmy dodatkowych kołder wynajmujący dostarczył nam je szybko i bezproblemowo
Nie da się rozłożyć łóżka w kuchni bez przenoszenia stołu, a po przeniesieniu stołu nie da się korzystać z kuchni i jest tam bardzo ciasno. W drugim pokoju w narożniku zaczyna rozwijać się grzyb. Pierwszego dnia pobytu napotkaliśmy dwa karaluchy, jednak w późniejszych dniach już ich nie widzieliśmy. W Paryżu byliśmy w okresie kiedy na dworze było jeszcze chłodno, ale w apartamencie robiło się gorąco.
