Top Quality, quiet and roomy newly constructed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom guesthouse has private patio with grill and a complete professional kitchen with all amenities for preparing meals and only 4 blocks to downtown shops, brews and restaurants. Fast wifi, Smart TVs in living and master, Netflix and Prime provided. City park and library are 3 minute walk. Also secure bike and travel storage room off the courtyard. Brand new!

This stay was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with thoughtful amenities, such as chargers for all types of electronics, an office space with desk and chair, and coffee and muffin mix. The location is terrific, right near downtown, and the area is safe and quiet. We had an excellent experience and would happily rent again the next time we're in town.

Wonderful stay in Grand Junction. We came in for the week for my son's wedding and chose this property mainly on location. We were thrilled with how well decorated the home and furnishings were. Tom has supplied everything you need for you to have an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Grand Junction.
