This 2-bedroom townhome was fully remodeled with functionality in mind! You will love the clean minimalist design with big functionality packed into this townhome! Enjoy the Colorado sunshine in a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook delicious meals during your stay. High end finishes throughout. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Central air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer time. Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer. CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more. Pets allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX.
The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. Sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio with pet friendly astro turf, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.
Onsite free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit.
Central Air conditioning, Roku smart TV for access to all the major apps AND access to local channels with spectrum TV, Upgraded Wifi (1 gig) for quick internet connections.

This was a great little place! Very clean. Had everything needed. Fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets plenty of coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in this clean and well-stocked two-bedroom condo—perfect for our baseball trip! It had everything we needed and made our stay easy and comfortable. I would add a full length mirror in the master like the guest room has but would definitely book again.
