This home is centrally located in the Grand valley and is just minutes from the Colorado National Monument and the River Front Trail. Enjoy the view of the Bookcliffs while hanging out on the back deck where there is an outdoor grill to use at your convenience. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed and a recently remodeled master suite. Bedroom 2 also has a comfortable queen bed as well as a desk area if needed. Bedroom 3 has a set of comfortable bunk beds top bunk is a twin bottom bunk is a full. There is a flat screen TV with some streaming options in the living room. Enjoy games with the family as you make our home your home.

It was 105deg F in July when we stayed at the VRBO. The swamp cooler was okay yet AC would have been better.Albeit I should have researched the weather in July before booking.

FANTASTIC HOME! The location, the layout, the big yard, quiet neighborhood and great value for the cost. We would recommend this house to anyone staying in the Grand Junction area and hopefully return again next year!

Only issue at all, was cleanliness. Needs a deep clean. Property and backyard were awesome.
