Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, but I didn't hear any complaints. The room was clean and very good sized, noise was minimal, convenient to the freeway and the staff was nice. I would stay there again.
I personally don't care for non-carpeted rooms, but it makes sense for cleanliness reasons.

Next to convenience store and airport
Layout, thin walls and wall unit wouldn’t stop blasting heat till the room was like 75+ degrees (so just leave on when needed)
