About this house rental
Come visit the beautiful Western Slope Colorado at the Lilac House! Great location with a 25 min drive to either side of the valley , from Palisade to Fruita Colorado. Experience bike trails, national monuments, thousands of acres to explore, then come back and relax, and visit one of the local wineries or breweries. Come stay at our 3 bedroom 1 bath house with a large back yard. Short drive down to the Historic Downtown Grand junction.

Very nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and beds were great. Less than a mile from the grocery store and a quick drive to downtown. Would stay again!

The house was very clean. It had everything we needed for our four day stay. Peter was very responsive to our questions and requests, including letting us check in early. There is off street parking on the property in a family-friendly neighborhood. Just so you are aware, the step into the tub is very high and the toilet is quite low, just in case anyone has limitations. The back yard has a pergola-covered patio with a table and chairs, lots of trees and a nice garden. I would not hesitate to book this home again.
