About this house rental
3 Bed, 2 Bath home on quiet cul-de-sac in quiet, family friendly Northeast Grand Junction neighborhood. Great walking/biking areas, a dog park and even it's own little neighborhood library book exchange where neighbors donate and share books.
Centrally located in the middle of it all! Just 10 minutes from downtown and Colorado Mesa University, 15 minutes to Palisade and 20 minutes to Fruita with easy access to I-70B and Patterson Road.
The home is updated with modern amenities such as laminate flooring in all main living areas, private master suite with king size bed with Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress and luxurious master bath with travertine tiled shower. The second and 3rd bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twin bunk beds which can be easily converted to two twins if safety is a concern.
The kitchen features everything you need to make a gourmet meal or just an easy snack with convection oven, microwave and refrigerator as well as coffee maker and Keurig to get(and keep) you going all day! Refrigerator has ice maker and filtered water. There's also a guest laundry with washer and dryer available as well as a two car garage available for your use.
Outside there's plenty of space for kids of all ages to play and relax on the covered patio with outdoor grill. You can even roast some marshmallows under the starry Colorado skies and pergola with gas fire pit and swings!
You won't find a more charming, comfortable place to call home and make some great memories while visiting the Grand Valley or the Western Slope. We would love to have you as our guest!

This house was just what we needed. We were visiting family over Thanksgiving weekend. It was clean, very easy check in and check out, and just the right size for our family. Nice neighborhood as well. Will definitely stay here again when visiting if its available.

House fit our family perfectly, yard was great for the dogs. Enjoyed the back patio & fire pit in the evenings. Host was very responsive. Loved our stay in Grand Junction
