2 bedroom, 2 bathroom town home with amazing views from the front porch. Very private backyard with a spa and grill.
The Tiara Rado golf course clubhouse, bar and restaurant is a 2 minute walk away. Trailheads accessing the Colorado National Monument are a 5 minute drive. Downtown and shopping is a 10 minute drive.
Moab, Glenwood Springs, the San Juan mountains, Black Canyon and countless other trails are within a 1.5 hour drive. Grand Junction is the halfway mark between the Vail/Aspen areas and Telluride, all of which are within a 2 hour drive.
Awesome road biking out the front door and mountain biking all over the area.

Clean, well stocked kitchen, hot tub was clean and fully functional, grill worked great! Rooms were good sized. Host very easy to work with.

Clean, no hair dryer, about 5 cabinets were hanging or needed attention, arm of one couch was broken-looked like someone sat on it and there were other things cracked, walls damaged that we found on arrival. Hot tub was great and needed!

The house needs a lot of TLC. Multiple things wrong with the property. Was not aware that it’s a duplex either, which isn’t a huge deal. I sent the host a message and never heard back, messaged them again two weeks later and after two days got a reply. Tried to use the oven and it wasn’t clean, so had to deal with a smokey house from the stuff that got cooked off. Couches are SO uncomfortable, and the loveseat has a broken arm rest. There was an empty glade plugged in and also a bath and body works infuser plugged in, which is super toxic, and makes you wonder what they are trying to cover up. Lastly, there are bug traps EVERYWHERE. I’m glad I didn’t bring small children with me.
