Whether you are visiting your favorite college student, attending a sports tournament, touring the local wineries, or biking and hiking, this home will serve as your oasis for rest and relaxation.
Wake up to a cup-o-Joe from the coffee bar - choose from a brewed pot of organic coffee with fresh ground beans, French pressed coffee, or single-serve Keurig.
Gather around the large sectional sofa and extra-large coffee table to share your favorite pizza from Pablo's or Junct'n Square while watching a movie or the big game on the 65" Smart TV.

We were visiting the area to fulfill my grandchildren (5 and 6) obsession with all things dinosaur. We visited the Dinosaur museum, Dinosaur National Monument and the Giant's of Moab (an, oh yes Arches since we were in the area) parks. It was always nice to come back to the house in Grand Junction - great space, clean, nice back yard for the kids to run around in and a nice patio area for the adults to sit in the shade and watch them. Nice neighborhood and close to stores/restaurants. Would stay again if we come back to the area.

We really enjoyed our time here! The property was spacious and clean, the backyard was a nice relaxing place to spend time, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. We were four people all working from home for the week and we didn't have any issues with the wifi. Definitely recommend!

This property worked perfectly for us. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to go including CMU campus and getting over to Fruita. The touches of all the coffee choices, great couch and blankets to snuggle under, outdoor games and bikes, nice soaps and towels made this a great choice. Plenty of room for 6 people. Great yard and the garage was big enough to pull into with our bikes still on the bike rack. We will definitely choose to stay here again.
