About this house rental
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2200 sq. ft. home on .48 acre lot in a beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful kitchen and very nicely stocked and furnished. It also has an attached 2 car garage, awesome sun room and a fantastic screened in back patio. This is one of the nicest established neighborhoods in Grand Junction!

The house was perfect for our get away. Plenty of room to relax. Spacious kitchen a d comfortable beds. The fenced back yard was perfect for letting our grandson burn off some of that 18 month old energy.

We only stayed for three days - in general the place smelled a little moldy and the beds were very firm. Aside from that nice place to stay - close to everything and convenient.

We loved our stay! This home is very clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back again!!! The host was amazing.

Overall the house was generally clean, but it is a very very old home with things falling apart. When we arrived the garbage can was full of trash and grass which didn't allow us to throw all of our garbage away. This happened the second week we stayed there as the garbage was filled with grass again. The back patio was full of dust and spiderwebs on every table and chair. The back rooms where you sleep have no lights in the hallway and are extremely dark. The owner said being out by 11:30 AM would be fine, but then complained and charged me extra after the fact, claiming the cleaning service had to be delayed. The front door handle was about to fall off when we first arrived and needed to be fixed. Overall house is old and not super nice and owner demands a lot for a old house.
