A rustic cute home located in Grand Junction two miles from downtown right next to the entrance of the Colorado national monument, Colorado river, bike trails and a Safeway . The property has two bedrooms, a futon that turns into a bed, and one bathroom suitable for five accommodates. Enjoy your stay and you will never forget the Cottonwood Casa!

Julie's spot was perfect for our GJ getaway. Great location with easy access to Lunch Loops trails, the Monument, and a quick hop over to downtown. Very dog friendly with a great patio and yard. The flowers were all blooming while we were there and it was beautiful!

Convenient for accessing National Monument and Lunch Loop Trails. Also 5-10 minutes to downtown GJ. Less convenient if you want to visit the Palisade wineries. The house was adequate for me as a solo traveler. There was another room with bunk beds so could work for bigger groups. Plenty of room in the kitchen area with a smaller living room if you want to watch TV or hang out. Host (Julie) lives two houses down so that was convenient for checking in/out and if anything came up during the stay. Neighborhood cats and chickens running around the yard and parking area. My overall stay here was good.
