Very clean, comfortable beds and couch. Enjoyed games
Fans didn’t circulate the air. Didn’t quite cool off. Yes we did see that having the air circulating out the windows was best.

Location was good for our needs. Unit was very clean, well equipped and well organized. Plenty of blankets and comfortable seating. Best feature by far was cleanliness!
Shower head poorly installed. Water pulsed between cool and too hot in shower. Vacuum sweeper broken (handle connection to power head) but still usable.

I’d highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Grand Junction. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything you’d need. The community pool was also great and usually empty.
