Communication was good by the owner, clear instructions. Cleanliness, decor, comfortable beds. Bedding was washed and clean.
From the front gate and the path to the property it wasn’t clean and looked scary at night time. Needs to be more presentable as we all got very worried that it was probably a scam and the inside of the apartment would be bad too. The fans were not that good as it was very hot during our stay but they would be good for normal hot weather.

Perfect Location. Clean and plenty of amenities. Communication from the property was perfect, response time in minutes if not instant.
Beds were small and not very comfortable being a 6ft tall 115kg man. Showers could do with an update, fixings were loose on both.

See comments below. The rooms inside at least was clean but everything else was unsanitary
The alley was very smelly and there was a bunch of rats. The front door was fully of spider webs

Casa accogliente ideale x 6 ma non per di più.
Se si prenota per 8, e mi fanno pagare per 8, mi aspetto che ci siano 8 posti letto giá preparati. Non che il letto in sala me lo devo fare io...
