Used a door entry code which was quick and straightforward to use. Hosts were available around the clock for support and the apartment smelt amazing upon arrival. Everything was clean and the apartment had a balcony which is rare in London. Had an amazing sleep as the bed and pillows were so comfy and outside was very peaceful

Great Location, clean & well appointed. It was hot when we arrived and we were pleasantly surprised to find portable AC in each bedroom which was amazing! We arrived early and staff was very responsive and accommodating for us to drop our luggage. Overall this was an excellent find and we would definitely book again!
Hard to find anything to not like - only thing that could be better is only 2 pods for espresso maker and 7 adults staying so for the money could have at least had one for each person! There was no key for door to the small bedroom off the patio so there was no way to secure the property entirely but we were on 5th floor so didn’t worry too much.

Nice and decent apartments in an amazing location. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Easy check-in and check-out.
Even with the windows closed it gets noisy at night (even on the 2nd floor). So earplugs are needed if one is a light sleeper. The kitchen and especially the bathrooms would need some work on them. The second bathroom had some bad moldy spots, especially on the mirror. That was quite disappointing.
