Excellent size and the proximity to London Kings cross was excellent. Would definitely stay at this property again. Loved that they left snacks and cereal in the room.
Had a lower ground apartment and could hear the underground. Would ask for a room higher up next time.

Location was just a couple of minutes from St Pancras. The breakfast was great lots to choose from.
The hob and microwave were not working and we could only get the microwave to work after a long time trying.

Great location, comfortable bed and normally very responsive staff if there is a problem
We had a broken toilet and no shower in our basement room. We have stayed in a ground floor room on two previous occasions and that worked well.
