Comfortable property. charming period house outside, modern inside. very well located. Excellent value for money in London.
Some noise from tube lines could be heard in basement apartment.

The apartment was beautiful and fully equipped for anything you need, the extra touches of snacks water and cereal in the room was great.
Beds were really comfortable.

Location was good. Great access to tube and trains, lots to do within walking distance. Plenty of nearby conveniences. Front desk staff were great.
System for gaining entry to apartments upon arrival is opaque. Apartment should provide more instructions about how to use the appliances, especially the stove/hob. More helpful information about recycling would have been good.

The lication
That there was no microwave and there was an ongoing ant problem. A staff member came to remove the ants but obviously this was a temporary fix.
Also I wrote ahead of my stay to enquire whether the coffee machine took force gusto,pods. I was assured it did.
It didn’t.
