The location and the size of the apartment.
It could have been cleaner. The bathroom accessories should be replaced or removed. The noise from the street can be heard. The instructions for the self check in were not clear enough

Great location close to lots of bars and restaurants. Close to tube station and bus stops. Beds comfy. Nice big windows and the balcony was a bonus.
Towels a bit small, could do with a lick of paint

There wasn’t any keys because the door was opened by code and It took a couple of different codes to open the door but other than that it was all good

Good location, comfortable bed
Apartment was extremely hot, tap water in kitchen didn’t run cold, toilet seats were not fitted properly, we were advertised a different apartment with a balcony
