Great location, quiet, excellent communication from the host and the fans were a life saver!

Everything was as per the photos, the apartment was very spacious, well laid out, kitchen facilities were great, and was in an excellent location in London for exploring via bus or tube. Staff were very responsive and attended to a few small items quickly for us. All round we were very happy with the stay

A few minor things that could be improved - some instructions on how everything works, like the lights and heating, WiFi, washing machine. A box of tissues and some extra sugar would also be small touches that would improve it slightly. We were up on the top floor, but could see it would be a little noisy lower down and on weekends particularly - but if you want to stay anywhere in the middle of things then it’s hard to avoid ;)

Location, style

First, I had to call and ask for check-in details after 3:00 pm, no information about this was given before I called and asked. The guy who was talking to me was saying sorry many times, thanks him for understanding, but accommodation services do not work like this. Many light bulbs not working, but this was almost nothing compared to bedbugs bites on my skin 😫😫 And day before this we got the message there will be pests control next day (what a coincidence). I have got pests control protocol from staff- no problems founded. Seems system working properly to keep working, but not for travelers who are staying here.
