"Fab location. Very clean. Not good if you have mobility problems as at the top. Had to contact with a minor issue and was rectified promptly. Would defo stay again. Thank you"

Location, space and very easy to communicate with staff online. Super responsive and attentive at all hours
It feels a little tired, some aspects could be refreshed like cutlery and some of the glassware. There were only 3 drinking glasses for a 4 sleeper unit, table spoon handles are very worn. Theobald street is very noisy and with the heat, makes it close to impossible to sleep with windows open.

Good location, comfortable bed
Apartment was extremely hot, tap water in kitchen didn’t run cold, toilet seats were not fitted properly, we were advertised a different apartment with a balcony
