We liked that the building was secure, it was clean and well lit. The apartment itself had all we needed and was very clean. Staff at the hotel for check in/out were very friendly and helpful.
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable- it could do with a mattress topper.

Really clean, well furnished and good touches of breakfast items too
It was a little noisy outside with the windows open - but it’s central London and not as noisy as other locations

Great location for us. Simple to sort keys and very friendly staff. Apartment was well equipped, quiet and comfortable.

It was clean and had a nice kitchen
The many passage ways and doors to get to the apartment, it was very hot with no fan, it was too far from public transport, the furniture was great
