Location was excellent, rather hilly for walking, apartment was great and functional
Heating in the apartment kept coming on and no air conditioning, rather uncomfortable to sleep with being so warm

Very close to Beach (though steep drive). Living room, kitchen and bedroom 1 fine.
Absolutely NO VIEW. Very sad being called Vista Apartments. 2 of the bedrooms had small windows onto dark alley ( no natural light) under other apartments. Highly scented. So much so one adult had to buy a camp bed and sleep in the living room. Inadequate cleaning with previous people's items under bed with mounds of dust. Crumbs on kitchen surface. Salad drawer in fridge turns out to be a freezer compartment which ruined vegetables (there was a proper freezer under the fridge). Never known this before and no warning.
