Beautiful quiet holiday flat and fantastic value for money.

The garden flat was beautiful and the owner had thought of everything. We usually take things like a sharp knife or a chopping board, but none of that was needed. We were left a box of cakes and madeleines, which were very welcome when we arrived and there was fresh milk in the fridge. There were also cleaning products and scourers for us to use and the basket of blankets came in useful when we sat in the garden as it was a windy weekend. Everything in the flat was very well thought out and it was very quiet and peaceful and 5 minutes walk away from our family, which is why we visited. The beach was beautiful and there were loads of really nice restaurants all within walking distance. Free parking for one family car in the car park and plenty of free parking outside the house for visitors. We would definitely go back again and very much enjoyed our stay.

I really can't think of anything. We didn't want to go home!

Great Week Away

The Flat had everything you needed ,nicely decorated and cosy....very central to both Paignton Beach and Goodrington Sands(great for dogs) Vicki had thought of everything 😀 and nothing was too much trouble which is great we both had a wonderful time and so did our dog she just loved going the beach everyday

Everything the garden flat had everything you needed, the welcome food basket was an added bonus with milk in the fridge. The beds were very comfortable and clean white sheets that smelt lovely. The garden was really useful as we have dogs. The location was fab just a short walk into town.

This isn’t a “didn’t like”. But a lock on the back gate would of been great as we’ve got dogs

I Would love to stay here again and next time for longer, I loved the 'have I forgotten anything' cupboard, the games and books, every kitchen utensil you would need, honestly, it was the best equipt place I've ever stayed in. The courtyard was lovely and the beds were comfy. Thank you!!

Was pretty much perfect, if I had to be picky, the only tiny negative was that the window in the back twin room wasn't very sound proof, could hear people walking past/talking/bin men and seagulls and sounded as though they were in the room with you, but wasn't for very long.

Excellent the little things the host added was so lovely fruit chocolate wine milk even a dog treat box the list goes on .. the accommodation was really like home to home absolutely spotless and beds were really comfy..everything you need for a perfect comfortable stay I have stayed in places before but this has to be at the top of my list, quiet surroundings( but not far from the town easy walking distance if you don’t fancy driving ) and a lovely garden to sit in … love Paignton used to go there when I was young for holidays will definitely return and hopefully this place is available 5* plus well done Vicki you provide a lovely place to stay we were overwhelmed… thank you x 😊

Handy location 6 minutes walk from bus station and local amenities. Beautifully presented with everything you need and more. The host couldn't have been more helpful from time of booking into arrival day. Decorated to the highest quality 👌 I can't recommend enough and definitely would return if visiting paignton again.

The best place to stay in Paington

I loved the apartament. The owner is really lovely person 💕BTW, ta no you for the welcome sweets. Apartment has everything you can need and even more. It’s clean and very comfortable. The small garden area with seats is very cosy. Apartment is located not far away from the seaside and around 10 minutes walk from the shops. The neighbourhood is very quiet. We are very happy we had it for our short stay and hope to come back there soon! Thank you!
