Great stay for summer holiday!

We had a lovely stay! The location is amazing — just a short walk to the beach and a great dog-friendly pub nearby. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole place was nice and quiet, perfect for a restful break. Host Jo was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was generally fine, but we were caught off guard by the fact that all electricity, including the shower, had to be paid for separately via a pay-as-you-go box. Unfortunately, there was no prior information about this, which made things a bit odd upon arrival — especially since we didn’t have the necessary pound coins to top it up right away. Although there were a few coins ready to be used. A simple heads-up beforehand would have made all the difference and allowed us to come prepared as we had to find a shop to give us change coins. Once sorted, the stay itself was good.

A perfect break. Accommodation, location all perfect

It was perfect in every way. Accommodation had everything you could ask for. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of equipment. All like new. Everywhere smelt fresh and clean Beds really comfortable. Views from room were to die for. 2 mins to beach, shops and pub. Perfect location Jo always on hand if you needed anything. Lovely welcome when we arrived. Nothing too much trouble for her. Very dog friendly.

The apartment was light and airy but warm and cosy at the same time, clean and tidy, close to town and lots of attractions, comfy beds, netflix. Jo met us on our arrival and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend Three Beaches Apartment and will definitely stay again when we're next in Paignton. Thank you so much xxx

I didn't realise that I had to pay for electricity through a meter, but it only cost £12 for the 2 of us for a week so nothing to worry about really.

It was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The owner was welcoming. Superb location only a 3 minute walk from the beach. Shops and take aways just around the corner.

There was no garden. Pound coins needed for the electricity meter.

Very comfortable warm stay in clean ,well equiped comfortable apartment

The apartment was very well located for the beach and coastal walks,really handy for local shops/takeaways/pub/garage,and not far from Paignton ,Torquay or Brixham.The accomodation was very clean,well equiped with up to date TV`s.Also Three Beaches also accomodated our pet dogs without any fuss,ideal holiday destination.

Close to dog friendly beach, perfect flat ideal for a long or short break. Comfy sofas and bed lots of wardrobe and drawer space. Jo and Matt very friendly and helpful
