Quayside View - Luxury Apartment on Paignton Harbour

The location was excellent, the view was amazing, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. Had private allocated parking. We would definitely return.

The proximity to takeaway and pub meant there was some smell and noise. But it is equally nice to have such facilities close by. We just kept bedroom windows closed and used fans provided.

The location and view were what was important to me and this delivered on both.

Arrival and parking instructions were very clear. Accommodation was very clean and quite spacious. Terrace was nice and the view excellent although the funny little steps up from the living room to the terrace were unnecessarily narrow in my opinion.

Heating! The whole place was set to 20C which during the day is fine, but a little too warm for sleeping. There was a lot of outside noise and the windows needed to be shut so the bedrooms were stuffy and neither of us slept well. On the Wednesday we ate early and planned a pleasant evening on the terrace but that was cut short by an "entertainer" at Molly's (across the road). The music was so loud we could not hear each other talk, and had to shut up all the windows to block out the noise.
