Lovely stay in Paignton, I recommend this property.
Lovely view of Torbay from the rear of the property which you can enjoy from the garden, conservatory and the back bedroom. Comfortable house, quiet area with no parking issues.

This house is going to become very popular so book early.
Lovely, lovely house. Lovely view and garden. Own parking outside house. Great, big television. The agency Roost were quick to respond via text regarding any issues and were helpful. What we didn't like wouldn't stop us staying again as these are just suggestions to improve a very, very good holiday home. THANK YOU .
We were lucky to stay in the heat wave but needed to keep curtains/blinds closed a lot to promote coolness. My son struggled at night, with the heat, so use of an electric fan/s may help. The, where to go leaflets need updating but with previously having lock down and Coronavirus and, this was a minor issue. The television reception was a bit iffy at times. Have to keep television at particular angle. We couldn't easily walk to any place of interest as is a very hilly area. But with out the hill you wouldn't get the great view! How to connect to Internet may need a further written explanation, we had to look at router to find out where to connect too. A bin in the bathroom.
