Location, close to the beach, shops, train/bus station. Cleanliness of property. Size of property. Fast response of owners to a minor issue. Pet friendly beaches closeby and accessible. (not usual during the summer months.)
Very occasional (overnight) noise of people walking around upstairs. (can't be helped). TV slightly outdated.

Excellent apartment. Clean and modern. Well equipped. Parking. The location is fantastic for the beach restaurants and shops. Phil was very helpful and made sure we were ok during the busy weekend when the air show was on . Would definitely return.

Close to the sea, plenty of room for two adults and two children
Carpets/ floor were not clean enough My little boy within half an hour has dirty knees and feet.
Could tell it has been hoovered but it was still not clean.
There also isn’t a lock on the inside of the door that led out of the apartment. Which meant our son would have been able to get out on his own had he not been supervised.
