We liked the quiet neighborhood and ability to walk to the park and nearby museums. The common spaces were comfortable, a good overall vibe. Staff friendly.
Rooms were a bit dark, odd that there was only one chair on the balcony.

Great location, good food and nice style of reception area
Very cold in mornings as staff had doors wide open during breakfast. Staff themselves were wearing winter jackets while guests were trying to enjoy breakfast in around 10 degrees. Fitness room opened at 8 where its really no good. Rooms was probably 20% smaller than what the description promised.

The cafe staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the overall design of the rooms, the shower was outstanding. Polanco is a very nice, upscale, walkable neighborhood. It did feel a little far from other neighborhoods, though it is easy to get an Uber and the metro is only a short walk away.
The front desk staff were not friendly, except for the man that checked us out. No one greeted us when we entered or left and acted like we were inconveniencing them if we asked any questions. While the furnishings and finishings in the rooms were nice, there were other aspects that were worn. Notably, the towels were all fraying. The in-room Nespresso machine was nice, but pods were not replaced daily without request from the front desk. While it is a nice place, it just was not to the standard expected.

Great location!
Bedroom was dark, not enough lighting. Layout of 205 is not good. We preferred the layout of 104. Towels were pretty worn out.

The location is excellent. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The neighborhood is extremely safe.
The lighting in the room is very dark, and the towels were in poor condition. The edges were frayed the key cards lost their magnetic ability to open doors a few times during our stay.

Location, staff, the ‘boutique’ feel
Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom and balcony looking right down the street with the security personnel so no privacy at all

Everything about this property was great! The staff, the facility, the service, and the food/drinks were all delivered at the highest standards. Everyone in our party was beyond pleased with our time there.
I can honestly say I don’t have any complaints.

The location was simply great, close to 2 metro stations and walking distance from main road of shops, restaurants. Also, the street was right next door to a very good restaurant. The street was clean and quite at night.
The price of the food was simply outrageous. Just because the hotel is in Polanco, the price of breakfast was outrageous. Also, the quality and state of the room was not value for money (it was evident that the room has not been taken care from an infrastructure perspective)

Beautiful boutique hotel. Small, very clean and comfortable, staff was extremely attentive and we felt very welcome. We had a room with a terrace. I loved spending each morning on the terrace with a coffee, reading the morning news before a beautiful day visiting Mexico City. The room also had blackout curtains and so it was very dark and comfortable at night (or in the afternoon when you need a nap after a tacos and tequila tour! :) )
We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant but did enjoy apero and cocktails, which were delicious.
It’s in a quiet and lovely neighborhood in Polanco, easy to walk places.
Thanks for the hospitality!

Convenient location. Spacious room
No internet; problems in accepting credit cards at Reception. Had to pay in cash

Good location and good breakfast. Restaurant staff was accomodati g and friendly.
My room had practically non natural light. That fact was disappointing. There was a window in the shower which did not illuminate the room and the small room window was to an inward very small courtyard. As we were on the 2nd floor it felt like we were in a silo. Not a great feeling and very dark.

Great location.
When you arrive there are stairs to get into building. No one to help you with luggage. Front desk asked someone to help and the man had attitude that he had to do it.
Hotel needs maintenance. It’s all a bit broken. They did fix some things when mentioned but it’s an all over problem. The sofa in the suite is very uncomfortable.
All staff was amazing front desk and restaurant. They make the place. Would come back for them alone.

The staff were amazing, the premises were immaculate, and the location was very safe.
Unusual design. The only window in my room was in the actual shower and it opened up into the internal atrium!

Great place, centrally located with wonderful, helpful staff. I really enjoyed the option for co-working space as well as the gym, which was top-notch....small but had everything I needed.
It was a bit expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. I also had some issues getting my credit card to work and it turned out it was their terminal which caused the issue but this was quickly resolved by using another.

Location, Clean, It was what we paid for.
Lights in the room are not well positioned and the water from the shower only comes from the ceiling which is not the best for women.

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Truly service with a smile with lots of nice personal touches. The room was comfortable and clean and the food was excellent. The bonus was the location, very safe and walkable.
I wish the gym opened before 8am.

Very dark rooms

Incredible location! Seriously could not ask for a better location in Mexico City. Polanco is a beautiful neighborhood with Michelin worthy restaurants and bars within a stones throw. We loved exploring the area on foot and the easy access to the rest of Mexico City. The lobby and restaurant are both modern and clean. We only ate at the restaurant once but had a wonderful experience.
Our room (we stayed in an upgraded room with a balcony) was very small and very dark. The balcony had a see through metal grate floor over the parking garage so the "view" was of the driveway to the parking garage and the security guard. Therefore the only window we had was very exposed. The room itself was nice and clean but the lack of sunlight was a big negative for me. The mattress was also incredibly firm which is not our preference, so we woke up every morning with achy backs and necks.

We loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

small and cozy place to stay. great and safe located.

great location. good breakfast but they should start serving oatmeal.
the front desk didn’t really know the city well enough to recommend interesting day trips. I reserved a room w a balcony and my room didn’t have one. instead of admitting it the managers tried to tell me that in Mexico and only in Mexico a window is considered a balcony. in the end I got credited for back the difference so I’m happy.
