A fabulous short break to bring in the New Year. A beautiful, spacious barn conversion well located for Kendal and the South Lakes. My grandsons absolutely loved it too, we had some lovely walks and took in the fantastic scenery. We all had a brilliant time! Thank you!!!

Absolute perfection, best Christmas we have ever had as a family.

Absolutely everything!!! It was everything we could have imagined and more, so much bigger and spacious than we thought, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from coffee pods to every kind of cooking utensil. We went for the Xmas period and had packed all our own plates, trays, cutlery, nothing was needed of our own. So many towels, heating on a timer, picturesque sunrises. Lovely attentive hosts, gorgeous surrounding views. Stunning beams upstairs, beautiful bedrooms, loads of storage…. Faultless.

Lovely clean, tidy and spacious. Had everything you need, plenty of kitchen equipment from washing up liquid/dish washer tablets and plates/cutlery etc - great for our young family cooking at the cottage!

Carpet in the kitchen, could see this getting stained and dirty very quickly - not the most hygienic for a kitchen area

Wonderful property in a beautiful quite location

The property was very spacious and comfortable, in a beautiful and quite location, to recharge batteries, would definitely use again, Thank you to Angela and Wayne.

Excellent stay

Langway was spotlessly clean, spacious and had everything we could need. The welcome pack, fresh milk and assortment of games were lovely and appreciated extras. It was perfect for our short family break with so many places to visit nearby. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they had lots of helpful information in the folder.

Brilliant, would definitely go back.

The property was set in a peaceful location with lots of wonderful walks to be experienced. The property was clean and comfortable and had everything needed. The host left a lovely basket with cake, crisp and Prosecco which was lovely. The host checked in to make sure we were ok too. Lots of games,books,tea,coffee,sugar, condiments and even milk when we arrived. It really did feel like a home from home, we didn’t want to go home.

The only down side was the shower wasn’t working but not much could be done to fix it as it was the weekend. The water was running cold in the shower but the taps were hot.
