Cosy stay in Kendal

Beautifully presented cosy and warm one bedroom home. Great location, off street parking. Host was easily contactable and very friendly and nothing was problem.

Kendal Calling

Lovely kitchen area with everything you might need, comfortable bed, automatic blinds, Netflix, cosy front room with dimmable lighting. Overall a really nice property for a single occupant.

Loose toilet seat, difficult to extract bathroom sink plug. No instructions for using oven or dishwasher so trial and error (not sure if dishwasher is working as the tablet hadn't dissolved 🤷‍♂️)

No 3, 12 yard is a cozy, clean and comfortable place to stay with a central location to most amenities!,

Location, comfort, the wooden beams, the bath👍, everything was catered for during my visit.

Lovely modern cottage, fully kitted out kitchen & Bathroom situated in Kendal town

The location is excellent and situated in town with ease of access. The place itself is very clean, with fantastic facilities including a fully kitted out kitchen, fridge, toaster, kettle and even on arrival milk, oil, tea, coffee and sugar were provided. The bathroom has a huge bath and kitted with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. This is a amazing cottage and couldn’t have asked for more!

Cozy house that was easy to find and close to the Lidi. Beds were super comfy and facilities were very nice. Would stay again :)

Cozy space in Kendal

This quiet rental was a five minute walk to the center of town where there were fun shops and restaurants. Two grocery stores are nearby and the property was well stocked for cooking some meals. Local soaps and shampoos were a nice touch - as was the fresh milk for that first pot of tea. The property owner was gracious and helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

The steps to the upper floor are a bit steep - no worries for us but challenging if steps are an issue for you.

Cosy house to relax after a day's hiking in the Lakes

Lovely little house, comfortable and cosy. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was great having a dishwasher and washing machine. Very convenient for all amenities in Kendal including the station.

We would have preferred a normal shower in the bathroom.

Everything we could have wanted and needed for a wonderful long weekend in the Lakes

Excellent location with parking. Very clean and comfortable. Big bath was superb after walking all day. Everything we needed in kitchen and pint of milk in fridge for our arrive very considerate. Locally sourced bathroom soap etc lovely.

Had everything we needed for our short break. The house is fabulous and in a great location with many nice restaurants, bars and shops close at hand as well as local places of interest. Highly recommend and would certainly return to this accommodation. Excellent service from the host . Many thanks

Cost central cottage

Yard 12 is very handy to Kendal town centre & having off road parking was a selling point. The cottage has everything you need for a short stay break . The decor is beautifully coordinated.

We were a bit surprised that there were no suggested walks , visitors book etc We now realise we sleep better in a larger than queen size bed, but the bedroom would not be big enough for one. The tv lost channels while we were there but we used the installed apps to get round this. No info re bins for recycling that we could find.

Spotlessly clean, very warm & comfortable, high end fixtures & fittings, large white fluffy towels, well equipped, parking outside, good communication from the owner
