Spotless and stunning. I've stayed in a 5 star hotel where the bathroom wasn't this clean! - everything looked brand new. Gorgeous views Very close to town - round back of booths Ice box in the fridge Well equipped with all toiletries and kitchen ware, the mint cake was a lovely touch Upgrading from my usual budget due to what was available in Kendal during pride weekend was a lovely treat and this was very good value from the options when I booked
Texted ahead of time to ask about late check out and never received a reply. Parking situation not ideal but was aware at time of booking - got parking when first arrived but after needing to drive to The Venue on Saturday night could only find a space, 2 streets away up a very steep hill. Not good for my disabilities and checking out the next morning at 10am as my partner doesn't drive.

Perfect location, handy for the town centre but tucked back so nice and peaceful. Hosts were more than welcoming and everything was spotless. Equipped with everything you could need for a short break.
