Beautiful cottage, well appointed and comfortable. Beautiful garden and views. Easy to access local attractions.

Would be nice to be able to access Wi-Fi. Parking is a little awkward at first.

There’s 2 parking spaces, both big enough for a 4x4. The kitchen, bedrooms and living rooms have been brilliantly decorated and are very cosy.

However we did struggle with the bathrooms - one bathroom upstairs (en-suite to main bedroom) has a lovely roll top bath, but no shower and the second bathroom (wet-room) is downstairs with a shower and loo. The drainage isn’t brilliant so water runs all over the room and struggles to dry out throughout the day. There’s also no WiFi and little phone coverage. The tea and coffee on site looks as if it was left by previous renters and no soap in either bathroom or kitchen. We felt for a fairly expensive place to stay, it’s missing a few basic things. But overall, it’s very quiet and did a job of having somewhere to stay.
