Quiet, clean, great bed
Maybe could do with a microwave - but then that means a kitchenette of some kind - has a fridge so can buy stuff and keep cool which is good

Location and practicality of it
Tea bags had obviously been there a while and were discoloured when opened to use, also marks on the bedding but otherwise very clean and comfortable, wouldnt let that put me off staying again

Footwell on entrance. Lack of kitchen. Lack of bathroom. No view/outlook.
