Instructions for check provided by whatsapp - very clear. Got taxi from station, but could have easily walked. Nice entrance, Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. great bathroom and really well equipped kitchen. Nice to have oil, salt etc. made available, and coffee, biscuits etc. Nice to be on a quiet side street.
key is not standard UK style, but once we worked out how to turn it, it was fine Bedroom door doesnt always stay closed

On a quiet street off a road just the other side of the city walls. The space was well utilised with 2 double, comfortable beds. Netflix on TV and a walk in shower. Perfect to come back to after a day's sightseeing. The Smart toilet was a pleasant experience! The owner was very helpful. Could walk into historical centre in 20 mins or take the regular buses on opposite side of the road and just tap on with debit card for 1 Euro. In the immediate vicinity for restaurants would recommend beside the Porto Romana gate the Antica Porta and Cafe Petrarca with garden area.. If walking to historical centre turn left out of the street and walk to Piazza Torquato Tasso, then walk down Via Campuccio to the right hand side of the square and turn left at the bottom for Ponte Vecchio.i would stay again if in Florence.
