It was spotlessly clean. Very quiet area even though close access to busy streets with restaurants and buses. Hair dryer and shampoo with conditioner were much appreciated.
Access to the apartment was difficult as door locks did not operate as instructed they would. Sofa bed was broken and had to call about where to find linens. Description of apartment indicates apartment is for 4 people although there is no way 2 people could sleep on the sofa bed comfortably - 2 smaller children would be fine. We had 3 in our party but towels were only available for 2. As well the television would not work although not a huge deals as we were there as tourists.

Convenient location to walk to the city center. The conventino area seems to have a cool young professional and artsy vibe. The host is very responsive.
We have issue to use the convection stove top. Someone did stop by and help cut off the power to reset in order to use it. There is a bit of an odor in the hallway that may be due to the building was recently renovated

The apartment is new, very clean, everything needed was (even coffee capsules) inside. The location is calm. That was very comfortable with an underground parking place. If I go again to Firenze, sure, I will look for this apartment.
