Pindemonte deluxe Apartment

Esta bien situado para ir en coche ya que tiene plaza de garaje. Había algunos desperfectos, pero la comunicación fue buena y vinieron a solucionarlo rápido. La distancia al centro es de unos 20minutos a pie, esta junto a la muralla y la puerta de roma. En la esquina y cerca tiene varias líneas de autobuses, aunque en florencia tardan bastante en llegar y no coincide con los horarios indicados. Tiene aires acondicionados. Todos los utensilios necesarios, tanto en cocina, como baño plancha... solicitamos entrar antes y nos facilitaron dejar antes las maletas allí. Y también fueron muy amables con la salida, dejándonos algo mas de tiempo para cuadrar nuestro vuelo.

Al llegar había una cama rota, vinieron rápidamente arreglarla. Algunas cosas puntuales por arreglar, pero que en cuanto se les comunica solucionan rápidamente.

Very good for a family trip. Having a parking space is a big plus. It is also very easy to drive from the motorway to the apartment since it is outside the ZTL zone. The city center of Florence is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The area is clean, safe, and well maintained.

Many guests travel from other cities and may arrive later than the scheduled check-in time. It would be great to have online entry instructions available, as this would make the arrival process much more convenient and flexible.

Aris was wonderful to work with. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The views of the Duomo were incredible. Would stay again!!
