Very good for a family trip. Having a parking space is a big plus. It is also very easy to drive from the motorway to the apartment since it is outside the ZTL zone. The city center of Florence is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The area is clean, safe, and well maintained.
Many guests travel from other cities and may arrive later than the scheduled check-in time. It would be great to have online entry instructions available, as this would make the arrival process much more convenient and flexible.

Aris was wonderful to work with. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The views of the Duomo were incredible. Would stay again!!

Très bel appartement, soigné, décoré avec beaucoup de goût
Le sol à l’extérieur est très sale à cause des bacs rouillés. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien. Pas de possibilité d’aérer la salle de bain à l étage. Après avoir fait une longue route, une bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée aurait été appréciée. Personne n’était sur place pour nous accueillir, nous avons dû attendre 20mn.
