About this apartment rental
The apartment is bright located in a quiet street leading to Bellosguardo - an area of Florence located on a small hill from which you can admire the splendid view of the oldest part of the city. It is located on the ground floor with a private garden of 60 sq m.
It consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen.
Upon request the double room can become a double room.
You can find all the comforts: such as independent heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, two hair dryers (one for each bathroom), bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels.
The private garden is equipped with every comfort: a table with chairs, a small sofa, three deck chairs .... it is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, to dine in peace or to sip a glass of wine .
The quiet, safe and risk-free garden is the ideal place for families with children.
For children up to 3 years I provide a camping cot complete with sheets and blankets.
IMPORTANT: from 1/2/2025 the tourist tax of the Municipality of Florence is EUR 6,00 per person per night (maximum 7 consecutive nights). Children under 12 years old are exempt. Payment in cash upon check-in. A regular receipt will be issued.
Upon arrival, EUR 60.00 in cash is required for final cleaning. Regular receipt will be issued

The listing description was 100% accurate. Our host, Sonia, made our stay memorable with all kinds of suggestions for local shops and exceptional sites that were not on our radar. Sonia made us feel at home. Ned’s were comfortable, bath linens were of good quality and the kitchen was very well stocked!

We must start with our wonderful host, Sonia. Sonia you are warm and friendly making us feel we are family. You are a kind, hunoirys and delightful individual. Grazie! Next our VRBO is located in a convenient location away from the tourist traps but close enough to walk to them. Last, the outside enclosed patio is a gem. We enjoyed sipping wine and sharing highlights of the day. Thank you very much!
